1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kequtech API platform, dashboard, website, and related services (“Services”), operated by Kequtech Innovations Kft., a Hungarian company located at:

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are intended only for users 18 years or older.

2. Description of Service

Kequtech provides programmatic access to AI-powered endpoints. Users purchase token credits, which are deducted when requests are made. The system generates machine-produced responses based on your input.

Kequtech does not guarantee:

  • accuracy,
  • reliability,
  • suitability,
  • safety,
  • or fitness for any purpose

of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated data.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access the Services.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current registration details,
  • keep your login credentials secure,
  • be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments

All purchases of token credits are processed through Polar. Kequtech does not store payment card data.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate billing information,
  • pay all charges associated with your account,
  • acknowledge that all sales are final except where refunds are processed through Polar according to their policies.

We may change pricing at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate any law or regulation,
  • submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content,
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others,
  • attempt to breach, disrupt, or interfere with the API, servers, security systems, or rate limits,
  • reverse-engineer the Services or attempt to derive source models,
  • use the Services to develop competing AI-powered services,
  • exceed access not explicitly granted to you,
  • create fake accounts or automate account creation.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Third-Party Services

The API may send your inputs to third-party model providers (such as OpenAI) for processing. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Kequtech is not responsible for their actions or data practices.

The Services may contain links to external sites. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for any damages arising from their use.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, documentation, system designs, and branding are owned by Kequtech Innovations Kft.

You may:

  • access the API,
  • integrate it into your applications,
  • and use generated outputs subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • resell the API itself,
  • misrepresent ownership of generated content,
  • remove copyright or attribution notices where applicable,
  • copy or reproduce the platform except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the input you send to the API.

8. Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Kequtech is not responsible for:

  • outages,
  • model changes,
  • rate-limit issues,
  • or delays in processing.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms.

If your account is terminated:

  • unused token balances may be forfeited,
  • you may not create a new account without written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • merchantability,
  • fitness for a particular purpose,
  • accuracy,
  • non-infringement,
  • reliability of outputs.

AI results may be incomplete, incorrect, biased, harmful, or unpredictable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kequtech shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages,
  • lost profits,
  • lost data,
  • business interruption,
  • or reliance on generated content.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kequtech harmless from any claims or damages arising from:

  • your use of the Services,
  • your misuse of generated output,
  • your violation of these Terms,
  • or your violation of any law or rights of others.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Budapest, unless applicable EU consumer protections require otherwise.

14. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
