This Privacy Notice for Kequtech Innovations Kft. (“Kequtech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) explains how we access, collect, store, use, and share (“process”) your personal information when you use our websites, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
We act as the data controller for personal information we collect directly from you.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, do not use the Services.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
1.1 Personal information you provide to us
In short: We collect information you give us directly.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:
- register for an account,
- purchase token credits or otherwise use billing features,
- contact us for support, or
- otherwise communicate with us.
This may include:
- Account details: name, email address, login method (password or social login identifier).
- Billing-related information: information provided to or returned by our payment provider (such as transaction identifiers, payment status, country, and basic tax information). We do not store your full payment card details.
- Support communications: messages you send us by email or through any support channels.
Sensitive information. We do not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal information (such as data about your health, race, religion, or sexual orientation). Please do not send such information to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you provide is true, complete, and accurate, and for notifying us of any changes.
1.2 Information automatically collected
In short: We collect limited technical and usage data for security, reliability, and basic analytics.
When you visit or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information. This does not normally identify you directly but may be considered personal information under some laws. It can include:
- IP address
- browser type and version
- device and operating system information
- language preferences
- referring URLs
- date and time of access
- API request metadata (such as endpoint, timestamps, and error codes)
- basic location information derived from IP (e.g. country)
We use this information to:
- keep the Services secure,
- prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse,
- diagnose and fix errors,
- monitor service performance and load.
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to:
- keep you logged in and maintain your session,
- remember basic preferences,
- protect against abuse and unauthorized access.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing behavior.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In short: We process your information to operate the service, secure it, handle payments, and meet legal obligations.
We process personal information for the following purposes:
Account creation and management To register you as a user, authenticate you, and maintain your account.
Providing the Services To operate and maintain our APIs, dashboards, and related tools, and to respond to your requests.
Payments and billing To process token purchases and keep basic billing and transaction records (through our payment provider).
Security and abuse prevention To monitor for suspicious activity, protect accounts, enforce rate limits, and prevent fraud or misuse.
Communication with you To send you service-related messages (e.g. important notices, transactional emails, account or security updates).
Compliance and legal obligations To maintain necessary records, comply with tax and accounting rules, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
Where required by law, we will only process your personal information when we have a valid legal basis, such as:
- performance of a contract (providing the Services you signed up for),
- compliance with a legal obligation, or
- our legitimate interests (e.g. securing and improving the Services), balanced against your rights and freedoms.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In short: We share your information only as needed to run the service, handle payments, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
Service providers and processors With third parties who help us operate the Services, such as:
- hosting and infrastructure providers,
- payment processors (e.g. Polar and its underlying providers),
- authentication providers (e.g. GitHub, Google),
- email delivery and support tools,
- AI model providers that process your input and generate outputs.
These providers only process your personal information on our instructions and are bound by contractual obligations to protect it.
Business transfers In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that business transaction.
Affiliates We may share information with our affiliates, if any, in which case they are required to follow this Privacy Notice.
Legal and safety reasons We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with legal obligations or lawful requests,
- protect the rights, property, or safety of Kequtech, our users, or the public,
- detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers, marketing data brokers, or similar third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In short: Yes, but only for essential functionality and basic service-related purposes, not for advertising.
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- authenticate users and maintain sessions,
- protect against CSRF and other security threats,
- remember basic settings,
- understand high-level usage patterns of the Service (where enabled).
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to serve third-party targeted ads.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are essential to the operation of the Services; blocking them may limit functionality.
5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In short: If you log in with GitHub, Google, or another provider, we receive basic profile information from them.
If you choose to register or log in using a third-party account (such as GitHub or Google), we receive certain information from that provider, which may include:
- your name or display name,
- your email address,
- your profile picture or avatar,
- a unique identifier from that provider.
We use this information to:
- create and manage your Kequtech account,
- authenticate you when you log in,
- associate your activity with your account.
We do not control how your social login provider collects or uses your information. Their own privacy policies apply to the relationship between you and them. You should review their privacy notices and settings to understand their practices.
You can usually disconnect your social login from within our Services (where available) or by changing settings with the social provider.
6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In short: Yes. We may process and store your data in countries other than your own, including within and outside the European Union.
Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in different countries. This means your personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than those in your country.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, we will ensure that any international transfers are made in compliance with applicable data protection laws, for example by:
- using service providers in jurisdictions with adequate protection decisions, or
- entering into contracts that include appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In short: We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Notice, or as required by law.
We retain personal information for as long as:
- your account is active,
- we need it to provide the Services,
- we have a legal or regulatory obligation to keep it (for example, tax and accounting records), or
- it is needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your personal information, we will:
- delete it, or
- anonymize it (so it can no longer be linked to you).
If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because data are stored in backups), we will securely store your information and isolate it from further processing until deletion can occur.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In short: No. The Services are for adults.
We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and, if applicable, deactivate the related account.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In short: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
If you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or in other jurisdictions with similar laws, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access: to obtain confirmation whether we process your personal information and to receive a copy.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Restriction: to request that we restrict processing in certain cases.
- Portability: to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
- Objection: to object to certain processing (for example, where we rely on legitimate interests).
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Exercising these rights may be subject to legal limitations (e.g., we may need to keep certain data for tax or legal reasons).
Withdrawing your consent

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. At this time, there is no widely accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals.
We currently do not respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.
11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In short: Yes. We will update this Privacy Notice when needed.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top.
If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, by displaying a prominent notice within the Services or by email, where appropriate).
We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice periodically to stay informed about how we process your information.
